Stretching over 100 acres with scenic, naturally sculpted open spaces complete with walking trails are spread throughout Grayhawk. A large pond with fountains is the centerpiece of our great community. Many water fowl have claimed this water as their home through most of the year. It is not uncommon to see people walking their pets and feeding the ducks on any given day. Gazebos are located along the many miles of winding trail throughout Grayhawk providing a shaded place to relax after enjoying a long walk, jog, or bike ride. Play areas and three community swimming pools are also available to Grayhawk residents.

  1. 2021 Annual Fall Garage Sale

    Event Starts: October 02, 2021

    8am - 2pm

    Sale to be held at your own home, yard, or garage.
    Posted signs will inform residents & guests of the community wide sale.
    Don't forget to put out your own signs directing people to your sale (only permitted on your own property).
    Be courteous to your neighbors and keep the alleyways clear.

    Please have your own signs taken down by evening to keep the neighborhood looking clean.
    Remember there will be increased traffic in the neighborhood, so allow extra time to get in and out safely

  • Reminder to ALL Pet Owners

    Please be aware that coyotes and bobcats live in the area. Take measures to protect your pets. City of Frisco Animal Ordinance requires that pets MUST be on a leash in public areas and that pet waste is cleaned up.

The governing documents of this community state that you must have written approval from the ACC Committee prior to doing any of this work.
