Do You Want To Be Involved In Planned Improvements
To Our Neighborhood Over The Next 3-5 Years?
The Grayhawk HOA Board of Directors is looking for HOA members who are interested in helping to create and implement a long-term vision for all the Common Areas (HOA owned property) within our neighborhood by joining the Beautification Committee.
We want to improve our Common Areas to create more beneficial amenities for our members, such as areas that could be used for more neighborhood gatherings, a place to relax with friends, and improved play areas for our children. How do you want these areas to be used?
Common areas include:
- North and South Pool Areas and adjacent open space
- North and South Parks
- Perimeter of neighborhood
- Entrances and Landscaping on Eldorado, Teel, Panther Creek, 423
- All areas surrounding the ponds
- A few smaller areas tucked into the neighborhood
The mission of the Beatification Committee is to maintain the aesthetic integrity and the property values of the Grayhawk Community through planned maintenance of, and improvements to, all Common Area Property (pools, fountains, ponds, entries, playgrounds, landscaping, lighting) and periodically update property maintenance standards for member owned property.
The initial goal of the Committee would be to build a 3-5 year plan for the property, prioritize projects and maintenance, and to begin implementation of the plan.
