Mission Statement: The Grayhawk HOA Social Committee is responsible for the planning and execution of events that harbor a sense of community within the neighborhood.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Serve at the direction of the Board of Directors of the Grayhawk Association of Homeowners, Inc.
- Carry out actions that are specifically directed by the Board of Directors.
- Create and adhere to an annual budget. (Budget to be approved by the Board of Directors.)
- Plan and execute neighborhood social events.
- Coordinate the annual National Night Out event.
- Organize neighborhood garage sales.
- Assist in the planning of block parties.
- Coordinate with the Communications Committee to publicize all events.
- Recruit neighborhood volunteers and maintain a volunteer list.
- Report activities to and work at the direction of the HOA Board of Directors.
- Prepare Minutes for each committee meeting and forward, on a timely basis, to the committee’s Board Liaison.
