Mission Statement: The Grayhawk HOA Social Committee is responsible for the planning and execution of events that harbor a sense of community within the neighborhood.

• Serve at the direction of the Board of Directors of the Grayhawk Association of Homeowners, Inc.
• Carry out actions that are specifically directed by the Board of Directors.
• Create and adhere to an annual budget. (Budget to be approved by the Board of Directors.)
• Plan and execute neighborhood social events.
• Coordinate the annual National Night Out event.
• Organize neighborhood garage sales.
• Assist in the planning of block parties.
• Coordinate with the Communications Committee to publicize all events.
• Recruit neighborhood volunteers and maintain a volunteer list.
• Report activities to and work at the direction of the HOA Board of Directors.
• Prepare Minutes for each committee meeting and forward, on a timely basis, to the committee’s Board Liaison.
