Mission Statement: The Grayhawk HOA Communications Committee is responsible for the planning and execution of HOA communication for HOA related activities, news, and events.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Serve at the direction of the Board of Directors of the Grayhawk Association of Homeowners, Inc.
- Carry out actions that are specifically directed by the Board of Directors.
- Coordinate mass communication for HOA-related events and issues.
- Create and send a Welcome Letter to assist new members in learning about the community.
- Initiate and coordinate HOA newsletter.
- Update and organize HOA website.
- Assist other committees with HOA communications.
- Create and maintain a Directory of Homeowners.
- Provide recommended annual budget each year for maintenance and improvements for HOA communication to Grayhawk homeowners.
- Prepare Minutes for each committee meeting and forward, on a timely basis, to the committee’s Board Liaison.
