Mission Statement: The Grayhawk HOA Beautification Committee is responsible for maintaining the aesthetic integrity of Grayhawk’s Common Areas including the pools, fountains, ponds, entries, playgrounds, lighting and all Common Area landscaping.

• Serve at the direction of the Board of Directors of the Grayhawk Association of Homeowners, Inc.
• Carry out any actions that are specially directed by the Board of Directors.
• Liaison with the Property Manager regarding any common property maintenance issues (dead trees, poor irrigation, low lake levels, malfunctioning equipment, weeds, lack of seasonal color in flower beds, etc.).
• Research and make recommendations to the Board of Directors regarding any possible beautification projects to the common property.
• Periodically review maintenance standards (landscape, irrigation, lake maintenance, electrical maintenance, pump/fountain maintenance, pool maintenance, etc.)
• Provide recommended annual budget each year for maintenance and improvements for Grayhawk’s Common Areas.
• Prepare Minutes for each committee meeting and forward, on a timely basis, to the committee’s Board Liaison.
