Mission Statement: The Grayhawk HOA Architectural Control Committee is responsible for creating and enforcing a formal approval process for homeowners to use if they wish to make changes to the exterior of their home or property. The Committee is also responsible for creating an enforcement/fining policy and monitoring the enforcement.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Serve at the direction of the Board of Directors of the Grayhawk Association of Homeowners, Inc.
- Carry out actions that are specifically directed by the Board of Directors.
- Review and recommend approval or denial of homeowner requests to make exterior modifications to their property in a timely manner.
- Work with Property Manager to monitor violations throughout the community.
- Create a Yard of the Month program, to be reviewed and approved by the Board.
- Monitor the Yard of the Month program, awarding the monthly honors.
- Provide recommended annual budget each year for the committee’s anticipated expenditures.
- Prepare Minutes for each committee meeting and forward, on a timely basis, to the committee’s Board Liaison.
