The Grayhawk community's first HOA Board was elected in December 2007 during the annual meeting.

Meetings: The Grayhawk HOA Board of Directors meets the 1st Wednesday of every month.
Homeowners are welcome to attend Board meetings.

These are business meetings of the Board of Directors.
If you have a topic of discussion you want to bring to the Board’s
attention in person, please contact the Community Manager, Betty Crudden,
at least 24 hours in advance of the meeting. b.crudden@sbbmanagement.com.
The Board of Directors will excuse homeowners to adjourn to
Executive Session to discuss confidential matters, such as
homeowner delinquencies and homeowner enforcement matters.
