The Grayhawk HOA Board of Directors meets the 1st Wednesday of every month.
Homeowners are welcome to attend Board meetings.

If you have a topic of discussion you want to bring to the Board’s
attention in person, please contact at least 24 hours in advance of the meeting

The Board of Directors will excuse homeowners to adjourn to
Executive Session to discuss confidential matters, such as
homeowner delinquencies and homeowner enforcement matters.
