residents to be extra cautious
while driving in the neighborhood
before and after school hours. 
Elementary school hours:

HOA Board Meeting
Wednesday, February 1st, 2012 7pm @ Boals Elementary School Cafeteria
The Grayhawk HOA Board of Directors meets once a month. Homeowners are welcome to attend Board meetings. Please note the following: This is a business meeting of the Board of Directors. If you have a topic of discussion you want to bring to the Board’s attention in person, please contact the Community Manager, Betty Crudden, at least 24 hours in advance of the meeting. b.crudden@sbbmanagement.com. The Board of Directors will excuse homeowners to adjourn to Executive Session to discuss confidential matters. For this meeting, those matters will include homeowner delinquencies and homeowner enforcement matters.
