The Grayhawk HOA Board of Directors meets the 1st Wednesday of every month. Homeowners are welcome to attend Board meetings. Please note the following: These are business meetings of the Board of Directors. If you have a topic of discussion you want to bring to the Board’s attention in person, please contact at least 24 hours in advance of the meeting the Community Manager, Betty Crudden, b.crudden@sbbmanagement.com The Board of Directors will excuse homeowners to adjourn to Executive Session to discuss confidential matters, such as homeowner delinquencies and homeowner enforcement matters.
